Thank you all for your continued support and patronage at Euphoria Day Spa. We appreciate every single client, new or old, that comes in and makes this place so unique. While we love and respect all of our guests, we ask for that respect in return. Our service providers work very hard to accommodate our guests and when someone “no-shows”, cancels, or reschedules last minute, it takes away not only from the service provider’s income, but from potential clients who would have loved to have that appointment time. Therefore, we have decided to implement our 24 Hour Cancellation Policy below so that our guests don’t lose out and our service providers don’t lose out as well.

 

The Laser policy is:

Euphoria Day Spa requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule ANY Laser Treatments.

Any Treatments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be subject to a fee of $50. (If you are more than 10 minutes late it will be considered a no-show)

Treatments will not be rescheduled until the $50 fee is paid.

For prepaid services: any no show’s or reschedules/cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in that session being revoked. The $50 fee can be substituted if the client would like to keep the session.

There will be no exceptions to our cancellation policy.

 

The Spa Treatment policy is:

Your appointment is very important to us at Euphoria Day Spa. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you.

We confirm appointments 24 hours in advance via phone call or via our text message reminder system because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment booked months ago.

We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Any appointments that are cancelled with less than 24-hour notice or for which you do not show will require you to prepay your next appointment before scheduling. Any future missed appointment will be charged 100% of the service.

We understand that accidents happen, people get sick and/or emergencies arise. We will do our best to accommodate those rare occasions with grace. Unfortunately, we do record these occurrences so as to prevent abuse of the policy.

 

Policy on No Children at the Spa:

While we love ALL of our guests, from the tiniest to the tallest, we believe each guest should receive the most relaxing and peaceful experience possible and for that reason we must implement these policies.

– Any child under 13 years of age must be under direct adult supervision at all times.

– For safety reasons, children under 13 years of age will not be allowed in any of our service rooms unless they are receiving a service.

– Children under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian signature before receiving their first treatment.

– In respect to your fellow patrons, please keep noise levels to a minimum when possible.
